Sharad Deula, known professionally as Season, serves as the band’s manager — a role distinct from the performing and technical members, but no less central to how the group functions and grows. He’s been working with Kuma Sagar and the Khwopa Band since 2023, overseeing the business and logistical side of the group’s operations.
He’s described as having a particularly sharp ear for talent and a strategic approach to management, qualities that matter significantly for a ten-member band with such a diverse mix of traditional and contemporary musicians. Managing a group this large, with members spanning different musical backgrounds and specialties, requires a level of coordination that goes beyond typical band management.
His role, while not musical in the performance sense, is what allows a band this complex — spanning devotional musicians, jazz-trained instrumentalists, and self-taught traditional players — to function as a cohesive touring and recording unit rather than a loose collection of individually talented musicians.
